Rising proudly in the heart of Zirakpur, Hotel Blue Ocean is a 12,000 sq. ft. landmark crafted in a refined Neo-Classical vocabulary. Designed and built by PAC Atelier, the structure blends timeless European elegance with contemporary hospitality needs—creating a destination that feels both iconic and inviting.
The façade stands out with its rhythmic arrangement of tall columns, deep-set windows, and meticulously proportioned vertical volumes. Stone-textured cladding paired with clean ivory-toned moldings introduces a balanced contrast, adding depth and sophistication to the overall form. Large glazing on the ground level allows warm interior light to spill outward, offering guests a welcoming preview of the luxury within. The design emphasizes symmetry, grandeur, and an enduring architectural language. Each element—from the entablature detailing to the stately columnar frames—has been shaped to create a strong visual identity while maintaining functional efficiency for a hospitality environment. Landscape pockets with sculpted greenery soften the perimeter and guide visitors naturally toward the entrances.
Above the retail-fronted ground level, the upper floors feature expansive panels and a refined linear screen design that reinforces the verticality of the structure. This not only adds drama to the silhouette but also supports natural ventilation and light modulation for the interior spaces. Every detail reflects the purpose of the building: to provide a hospitality experience anchored in luxury, permanence, and architectural clarity.
